I am excited to share that I am coordinating a Physical Theatre Lab again this summer in NYC at the Stella Adler Center for the Arts.  June 1-July 2.

It is a 5 week, (4 days a week) intensive that is open to artists at all levels, and provides an opportunity to explore and deepen how we make physical theatre.

We have a world class faculty and extraordinary facilities right on Broadway!

We will offer courses in the following:

Mime (Bill Bowers, Broken Box Mime Theatre)

Mask  (Adrienne Kapstein, and others TBA)

Clown (Jean Taylor)

Viewpoints (Deborah Blackwell)

Gesture  (Lou Sydel)

Action Theatre (Heather Harpham)

Object Theatre (Margarita Blush)

Ideokinesis and Performance Art (Joanne Edelman)

In addition to class time, students will have time and space for Research and Development, and studio time to work on individual projects.

The end of the 5 weeks culminates with a Sharing which is open to the public.

The PHYSICAL THEATRE LAB is a great way to widen your Toolbox and gain Professional Development, deep dive into a new pedagogue, and sharpen your skills.
